珠江口盆地陆丰北新区现今地温场特征及生排烃

    The modern geothermal field and hydrocarbon generation/expulsion in Lufeng North area, Pearl River Mouth Basin

    • 摘要: 为落实陆丰北半地堑烃源岩热演化程度和生烃潜力,借助陆丰南半地堑丰富的钻井资料,梳理已钻揭烃源岩井实测地层温度和镜质体反射率数据,通过正演模拟,分析地层温度与埋深相关性,以此由多井区陆丰南半地堑外推至少井区陆丰北半地堑。首次系统建立了陆丰北半地堑区域地温场,基于此地温场模型,应用盆地模拟成因法评估地温场对烃源岩的热演化作用,进而定量评价其生烃潜力。研究结果表明:①陆丰北半地堑呈现洼陷中心地温相对较高、地温梯度相对较低,而凹陷边缘隆起上地温相对较低、地温梯度相对较高的空间分布特征;主力烃源岩文昌组现今整体已经成熟,洼陷中心处于高等成熟阶段;②钻井泥岩生标指纹特征首次指示文昌组上段发育浅湖-半深湖相烃源岩,证实陆丰北半地堑具有较好烃源潜力;③陆丰北半地堑存在2期幕式排油阶段即35.5~26.5和17.5~8.5 Ma,主排气阶段为15~0 Ma。油气资源富集程度排序为:陆丰07洼、惠州11洼、惠州05洼,围绕陆丰07洼的构造带为有利勘探区带。

       

      Abstract: To understand the thermal evolution and hydrocarbon generation potential of source rocks of the Lufeng North half-graben (LFB), available abundant data from the Lufeng Sorth half-graben (LFN) and the measured data of formation temperatures and vitrinite reflectance from drillings through source rocks were used to analyze the correlation between formation temperatures and burial depth by forward simulation. In addition, by extrapolation from the more-drilling area of LFN to the less-drilling area of LFB, the regional geothermal field of LFB was systematically established for the first time. Based on the geothermal field model, the basin simulation genetic method was applied to evaluate the impact of the geothermal field on the thermal evolution of source rocks, and further assessed quantitatively the hydrocarbon generation potential. Results show that first, the LFB has smaller geothermal gradient and lower temperature in the central areas of depression, and vice versa in the marginal highland of depression. The main source rocks of the Eocene Wenchang Formation in LFB have been mature in overall at present, especially in the central aeras of depression entering highly matured stage. Secondly, the biomarker fingerprints of drilled mudstones indicate for the first time that the upper Wenchang Formation contains source rocks of shallow lake and semi-deep lake facies, confirming that LFB has a good hydrocarbon potential. Thirdly, LFB experienced two episodic oil expulsion stages (35.5–26.5 and 17.5–8.5 Ma) and the gas expulsion stage is 15–0 Ma. Therefore, the order of hydrocarbon resource enrichment degree is: Subsag LF07 > Subsag HZ11, > Subsag HZ05, and the structural zones surrounding Subsag LF07 was identified as favorable exploration zones.
