    工作流技术在海洋地质资料归档中的应用

    WORKFLOW TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION TO ARCHIVING MARINE GEOLOGICAL DATA

    • 摘要: 海洋地质资料作为地质调查研究工作成果的重要表现形式,其归档工作是地质调查研究工作的重要部分。海洋地质资料归档过程工作流的分析涉及到海洋地质资料的产生、归档整个过程,依据现阶段海洋地质资料形成和归档情况,针对归档的过程进行描述、总结和抽象,分理出任务和其活动操作,确定出工作流的各个阶段。利用Petri网模型,依据资料形成过程的实际情况,控制资料归档过程。海洋地质资料归档过程工作流覆盖资料的形成到归档到汇交整个过程,优化业务流程,提高业务组织水平和工作效率,保障整个流程的顺序性和可控性,进一步实现海洋地质资料归档管理的自动化与信息化。

       

      Abstract: Archiving marine geological data has so far become an important component of marine geological survey. Workflow analysis of a marine geological data archive involves the whole process of producing and archiving marine geological data. According to the formation and archiving of marine geological data at the present, archiving data includes the process of data description, summarization and abstraction. It is a tough work to analyze the tasks, operations and the phases of the workflow. According to the actual situation of the process of archiving, the Petri net model is adopted to control the processes of archiving data. The Workflow for archiving marine geological data covers the whole process of the formation, archiving and delivery of marine geological data. It helps to improve the level of business organization and work efficiency, and to ensure the automation and informatization of the archiving and management of marine geological data.
