    THE KEYS TO QUALITY CONTROL OF 3D RESERVOIR MODELING

    • 摘要: 总结了三维地质建模质量控制的关键点,针对常见的问题提出了改善模型质量的具体方法。模型质量控制主要包括2个方面:构造模型和属性模型的质量控制。构造建模质量控制目的是建立符合地质规律的断层模型,正确反映地层间的接触关系,减少异常网格。属性模型质量控制的主要关键点包括:模型与井点数据保持一致;选择合理的变差函数参数;模型的砂地比分布合理,模型与井点数据的统计直方图一致。此外,流线模拟和历史拟合等动态方法可以进一步验证模型是否合理反映储层非均质性。上述模型质量控制方法在多个油气田的储层建模中得到应用,并取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The paper summarized some key points to the quality control of 3D reservoir modeling.A method was proposed to improve the model quality.The method concerns the control of structural framework model and reservoir property model.The key to structural model quality control involves the building of a right fault model to minimize the abnormal morphology grids and defining of the stratigraphic contacts.The key issues for reservoir property model are to keep consistence between the model outputs and well inputs,choose the appropriate variogram parameters,and distribute the net to gross ratio reasonably in the model.Additionally,the streamline simulation and reasonable history match based on the static model may indicate whether the model can reasonably reflect the reservoir heterogeneity.The model quality control method has been applied successfully in many fields for model building.
